AC Maintenance & Tune-Up — Bay Area
Annual AC maintenance is the most effective way to prevent mid-summer breakdowns, lower your energy bills, and extend equipment life. Our C-20 licensed technicians perform a thorough inspection and cleaning — not a quick look-around and a sticker on the unit.

Why Annual Maintenance Matters
Dirty coils alone can reduce system efficiency by 20–30%, forcing your AC to work harder and run longer. A failing capacitor — a $50 part — if missed, can burn out a $600 condenser fan motor. Catching small problems during a routine visit costs far less than emergency repairs in July.
Most manufacturers require documented annual maintenance to keep warranty coverage valid. We provide a written service report you can keep on file.
When to Schedule
Spring — before cooling season — is ideal. If your system hasn't been serviced in over a year, schedule now regardless of season.
